Jacksonville Palomar Fractional Resurfacing

Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery is proud to announce the addition of Palomar Fractional Resurfacing.  The Palomar Lux1540 Fractional™ laser is the latest generation in skin resurfacing technology. The Palomar™ fractional skin resurfacing laser targets aging, damaged skin by zeroing in on damaged tissue with microbeams of light and leaving the surrounding, healthy skin untouched.  Following treatment, the untreated skin tissue begins rapidly assisting the cells targeted by the laser to begin forming new collagen and elastic tissue, the main components of the skin that keep it looking young and healthy.   This treatment is proving effective for reversing the appearance of photodamaged skin, including discoloration, wrinkles and fine lines, and also for acne scarring.
