Jacksonville Juvéderm™

Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery is proud to introduce Juvéderm™, “The Science of Smooth”. We are excited to be one of the first locations in North East Florida to offer Juvederm as an option for wrinkle reduction and lip plumping.  Juvéderm™, a type of Hyaluronic acid, is an injectable product used like Restylane or Radiesse, but is brought to you by Allergen, best known as the makers of Botox® Cosmetic.  Dr.’s Rumsey, Burk, Scioscia, and Snyder as well as our Nurse Practitioner Connie Meyl were part of an early introduction project to finalize the clinical trials for Allergen, making them one of the few providers of Juvéderm™ in the area with extensive training and experience with the new product.  Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery has had only positive feedback from our patients regarding this new product.

Juvéderm™ is the first smooth injectable gel.  It creates a long-lasting, smooth, natural look and feel for patients.  Juvéderm™ is most commonly used in the lips, facial wrinkles and folds from the nose to the corner of the mouth.  This non-invasive procedure is done while you are awake and is virtually pain free with the use of local or topical anesthetic. The procedure takes less than an hour of time in our office.  Requiring little or no downtime, patients can return to normal activities almost immediately. You can truly reduce wrinkles in the time it takes to get lunch!  Juvéderm’s™ volumizing and corrective ability will leave you looking younger, smoother, and refreshed.  Many patients have seen dramatic results with out the cost surgery.
