Bilateral breast reduction with wise pattern. She had 395 grams of breast tissue removed from the left side and 363 grams removed from the right side. 48 year old mother of 4 who breastfed her children. Complaints of bra strap grooving, shoulder pain, back pain, neck pain, difficulty with finding appropriate clothing and bras, posture and embarrassment.
