She’s a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with 3+ years of experience helping clients regain strength, stability, and confidence—especially through weight loss journeys.? With 5 years in healthcare and a passion for building sustainable wellness routines, Mia takes a well-rounded, results-driven approach that empowers clients to feel their best—inside and out.
