"I was very impressed with the staff at PVPS. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I had a facelift performed by Dr. Bates. I have been so happy with my results. Dr. Bates listened to my concerns and offered his professional opinion. My results were so natural but made such a difference. I feel the results were exactly what I wanted to achieve.
