"The decision I made to have a breast reduction was obviously a very serious one. It would be unusual if anyone ever said that was a choice that was easy to make. But I’ve been dealing with neck and shoulder pain for a very long time, and I finally made the decision to go forward with it. I cannot express in words how happy I am with Dr. Bates, his surgical team, the nursing team and the staff at Ponte Vedra plastics. Here is a list of why: 1. The decision to have the surgery was not for cosmetic reasons, and they understood that. I felt like every single person genuinely cared for my emotional state of health, my mental state of health and my physical well-being. 2. The results so far have been fantastic. The healing is going very smoothly and quickly. Some people go into the surgery and they offer what they call wish photos, which is what they desire to look like when the surgery is complete. I did not do this. I simply told Dr. Bates please make me look proportionate - that is all I desire. Dr. Bates is the consummate professional and his talent and skill are apparent, because he was able to give me exactly that. 3. The environment of Ponte Vedra plastics is very serene, calming, clean, and welcoming. They do a very good job of putting the patient and family at ease on their big day. 4. I would trust my own family in his hands, his surgical team, and his nursing staff. Thank you specifically to Kim, Rosi, and Dr. Bates. If you are looking for a place that genuinely has their patients’ best interest at heart, this is it."

Dr. Bates listened to my concerns and offered his professional opinion. My results were so natural but made such a difference. I feel the results were exactly what I wanted to achieve. I would highly recommend Dr. Bates if you are considering a facelift. My experience with PVPS was wonderful!"

"I absolutely love PVPS!! Dr. Bates performed an amazing tummy tuck for me and I’m so happy with the results! Rosie was incredible throughout the entire experience and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and answer all my questions!! I also receive Botox, Filler and Lasers with Kristen Dixon and she does a fabulous job!! She is knowledgable, thorough and makes it as pain free as possible!! Sarah Porter is also a gem of a human- helping me make appointments, answering all my questions and assuring my needs are prioritized. Lastly, Katy Hickox is amazing for my facials and derma planning needs- she’s gentle, knowledgeable and kind!! My confidence is soaring with the help of PVPS!!!"

Everyone made me feel comfortable and beautiful on the inside and out. I am 59 years old and this was my 3rd and last breast augmentation. Dr. Bates is like a breath of fresh air. "Dr. Christopher Bates and his nurse Rosie Silva are the absolute best! From my first consultation through each follow-up appointment following my tummy tuck and liposuction surgery, they have made me feel like I was their only patient.
