"At 51 years old, I decided to finally have a breast reduction. When I hit menopause, they just started to grow again and my body could no longer handle the weight of them, the back pain and constant headaches.The only expectation I honestly had was that I would have smaller breast afterwards. And hopefully I wouldn’t have horrific scarring. From the moment I met Dr. Hancock and her team until now it has been an amazing experience. She has a very fun, with a lively personality, which draws you in. Thrilled honestly is not even the best way to describe how I feel about my breast! They’re beautiful, I mean, absolutely beautiful. I talk about them to anyone who will listen to me (lol) I will definitely be a return patient because I completely trust her to now help me make a few other modifications"
"Huge Shout out to Dr.Ellen Hancock, her nurse Lindsay and all of the staff at PVPS. I has a breast reduction on 8/5/24 and I wish I did this 10 years ago. Dr.Hancock is incredibly nice and intelligent. She answered all my questions and made me feel so much better about my anxiety and worries. Ive healed so well, and at 5 weeks my scars look amazing. My breast and nipples are symmetrical and overall I am beyond happy. I emailed nurse Lindsay a few times from home and she would always answer within 30 minutes, even late at night. Amanda was also incredibly nice and helpful and the front desk staff always made me feel welcomed. If you are looking for any type of procedure, I would recommend PVPS to EVERYONE. Thank you PVPS and Dr. Hancock for changing my life 🥹"
"Dr Hancock was amazing! She was very thorough in explaining the procedure and risk, as well as answering any questions I had. I got a breast reduction and the results are looking great so far. I still have some healing to do but it looks great and is the exact size I wanted. The care team is also incredible. Every time I go in for an appointment, I’m greeted with smiles and warm hellos/goodbyes. Overall, I highly recommend Dr Hancock as a surgeon for her skills, bedside manner, and the teams very clear care for their patients."
"Dr. Hancock is by far one of the most amazing surgeons and her entire team is beyond phenomenal. From the very first consultation, to the last check up - it has been professional, fun, educational, and everything you would hope for. I opted for a breast augmentation in December and she was so informative about the process, what to expect, what the results were, etc. She and her team answered every question with compassion and didn’t let me feel silly for asking. I truly wish I would have done this sooner, but happy I waited as I fell into the best hands Ponte Vedra has. I will 100% be back to Dr. Hancock for any other enhancements and recommend them to anyone who is even considering getting anything done from head to toe. "I had my breast reduction in July 2023 and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. Dr. Hancock and Lindsay were so helpful, kind, and understanding. They answered every question I had and never made me feel silly, despite how overwhelming planning for a surgery felt! Recovery was much easier than I expected, and I felt very prepared to take care of myself. My results are absolutely gorgeous— I have no more back pain or any other physical symptoms, and I feel so much more confident. "Dr. Hancock changed my life! The breast reduction was recommended many times throughout my life but I never did anything. I decided to look into it and my Dr recommended DR. Hancock! Her and her staff are super friendly and make you feel super welcoming! Anytime I had a concern and or question Dr. Hancock and her team were right there! After the surgery I’ve been able to do things that I haven’t been able to do in years. Such as being able to go on a run without being in pain, being able to walk without being in pain and my favorite thing in the whole entire world being able to jump on the trampoline with my two nieces and not feel held back and or in pain!
