"I had a mommy makeover surgery with Dr. Sternburg and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Dr. Sternburg did an amazing job; I am very pleased with the results and the care I received. The staff was also wonderful, especially Lisa, the nurse, who was incredibly helpful and sweet. She made the whole process feel much less scary and was always there to answer my questions. The anesthesiologist also did a fantastic job, making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout. Highly recommend this team for anyone considering elective surgery!"
"After much research I went with PVPS to do a mommy makeover, something I never thought I would ever do. I struggled for years with low self esteem before and after kids and weight gain/loss. After finally losing weight after my kids I looked at my self and was tired of being depressed about my body. So I had the wonderful staff at PVPS put me back to the way I was and let me tell everyone, it was worth every penny just to look and feel comfortable in my own skin for the first time in my entire life. From the very first call I made to their staff down to my most current appointment I have had nothing but wonderful interactions and experiences with every single staff member. You can tell they care. Yes you are paying them but they are honest about everything and want the best for you! They are like cheerleaders for you. I wish I could remember all the names of the staff I have met but Dr. Mitchell did an outstanding job with my mommy makeover, Brittany Cherry is his coordinator and is such a sweetheart ,considerate of you, and very easy to talk to. Kristen Murphy is the nurse for Dr. Mitchell and is just as amazing and helpful. She answered my every question after my surgery with little downtime/wait. Dr. Mitchell took my call when I had an urgent question very near Christmas. They are all so calm and patient. They are truly wonderful people who want to help others. I thank each and every one of them for helping to give me love back to myself. Dr. Mitchell was so detail oriented with my procedure that I went in feeling prepared. If you are thinking about doing anything cosmetic please consider everyone here at PVPS, they never once pressured me and are up front about cost right after the consultation. The consultation fee was $100 but makes you a lifetime patient with them. Thank you PVPS staff/family!"
"I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sternberg. Once we started talking I knew I made the right choice in picking him. He made me feel incredibly comfortable. Especially about things I’m self conscious about. I went into the consult with 3 surgeries in mind. He was honest about what he thought I needed and surgeries I did not need. . He was candid, explained both procedures, recovery time, what results would be. Lisa (his nurse) who I met for pre op and was with me the morning of my procedure was wonderful. Surgery day went smooth well! Everyone on the operating team was kind and answered any questions I had. Ultimately I went with abdominal/hip liposuction over a tummy tuck. I could not be happier and I’m only 4 weeks post op."

She did phenomenal work & I couldn’t be more pleased. Mary did my facial & she’s also really sweet & did a great job with my facial. I will only go to Ponte Vedra plastic surgeons for any cosmetic anything. I love this place & their staff!!"
"In April I made a huge change. Something I wanted not only physically but needed mentally. I met Dr Hancock and felt understood and she was the woman to make this dream happen! I had an abdominal muscle repair, tummy tuck with a monsplasty. I am so happy even 5 months post op! Nurse Lindsay was amazing as well they both made me feel so comfortable leading up to the day and even now months after. The recovery nurses were amazing and encouraging and were there for all my questions. I have personally had another experience at another surgical company and the way that I was treated at this one was as if I was family. They are available for any questions or concerns that I have through my recovery time. I recommend Dr. Hancock to anyone and everyone I know. She is patient, knowledgeable, and is a master with stitching! There are parts my scar where you cannot tell, I even had surgery. And again, I’m five months out! Thank you, Dr. Hancock for taking such good care of me and I will be using you for all future procedures!"

"I went to my consultation with Dr. Hancock in May/June 2022. She was very nice and very informative on what she could offer me. She never tried to push anything else on me she listened to my concerns and I actually put my deposit down the same day. The staff at the office is absolutely amazing! When I had questions they always answered without hesitation, even my emails had a prompt response. I did get an abdominoplasty with liposuction! I’m still in love with my results! I would recommend Dr. Hancock and her team to anyone looking to get plastic surgery!"

"Dr. Christopher Bates and his nurse Rosie Silva are the absolute best! From my first consultation through each follow-up appointment following my tummy tuck and liposuction surgery, they have made me feel like I was their only patient.
