"I absolutely love love love Dr. Hancock. She is super sweet & makes you feel so comfortable. I had a breast reduction recently.. I was super nervous for the procedure, but this is something I had been considering since I was in middle school. Dr. Hancock & her team made the process super easy. From the insurance, to pre-op, meds, post op, day of surgery, and even having to get more sutures after for wound closure was all a great process. I was also nervous about the fact that I was african american coming to an office where I didnt see a lot of people who looked like me there. But, the office was super welcoming & professional. I also want to give a big shout out to Melissa and Lindsay for being some comforting and helping me get through this process. I am still about 3 weeks post op but so far, i love my results!"
