"Couldn't imagine a better experience! - From my initial consultation, Dr. Bates attentively listened to the concerns I had about my body and never anticipated or assumed I wanted to address anything I didn't explicitly mention. His team is all as personable as he is and I felt comfortable with everyone at each appointment. The PVPS facility is beautiful and runs so well that I was always taken back exactly on time. I requested to follow a recovery plan that didn't include narcotics and Dr. Bates had a great alternative solution that has made my recovery so much easier than I anticipated!
