"I recently had a rhinoplasty surgery with Dr Ellen Hancock, and I must say I am so SHOOK with how much I love it. I was very worried in the beginning because, you know, it’s your face. The results are so amazing, I 10/10 recommend doing it if you’re thinking about it!!! I had my rhinoplasty on a Thursday, cast removal on the following Wednesday, swelling was minimal for me but very manageable. I was rarely in any pain. Thank Dr Hancock!!!"
"Such a wonderful group of people! Every person involved in my care was outstanding. My surgeon, Dr. Hancock, is awesome. She listened to my concerns, explained options, and made me feel so comfortable and confident. In addition to being a great person she is an extremely talented surgeon!Lindsay, the RN that works with Dr. Hancock is professional, expert, and kind; she was always available as liaison and educator. Christine, the RN that cared for me during my overnight stay was amazing! I felt safe, comfortable, and in great hands as I woke from my long face and neck surgery.The pre and post op care from my esthetician Michelle was excellent. She made me feel so welcomed and her experience is priceless. Last but certainly not least is Beth, Patient Care Coordinator, who explained the financial side of services. She was wonderful!
