"At 51 years old, I decided to finally have a breast reduction. When I hit menopause, they just started to grow again and my body could no longer handle the weight of them, the back pain and constant headaches.The only expectation I honestly had was that I would have smaller breast afterwards. And hopefully I wouldn’t have horrific scarring. From the moment I met Dr. Hancock and her team until now it has been an amazing experience. She has a very fun, with a lively personality, which draws you in. Thrilled honestly is not even the best way to describe how I feel about my breast! They’re beautiful, I mean, absolutely beautiful. "I had been suffering for many years with back pain from large breasts. I went to see dr Hancock and she understood everything I was saying and asking. She answered all my questions perfectly and then my info went to the insurance it was approved so fast. "I recently had a rhinoplasty surgery with Dr Ellen Hancock, and I must say I am so SHOOK with how much I love it. I was very worried in the beginning because, you know, it’s your face. The results are so amazing, I 10/10 recommend doing it if you’re thinking about it!!! I had my rhinoplasty on a Thursday, cast removal on the following Wednesday, swelling was minimal for me but very manageable. I was rarely in any pain. Thank Dr Hancock!!!"

The recovery nurses were amazing and encouraging and were there for all my questions. I have personally had another experience at another surgical company and the way that I was treated at this one was as if I was family. They are available for any questions or concerns that I have through my recovery time. I recommend Dr. Hancock to anyone and everyone I know. "Huge Shout out to Dr.Ellen Hancock, her nurse Lindsay and all of the staff at PVPS. I has a breast reduction on 8/5/24 and I wish I did this 10 years ago. Dr.Hancock is incredibly nice and intelligent. She answered all my questions and made me feel so much better about my anxiety and worries. Ive healed so well, and at 5 weeks my scars look amazing. My breast and nipples are symmetrical and overall I am beyond happy. I emailed nurse Lindsay a few times from home and she would always answer within 30 minutes, even late at night. She never tried to push anything else on me she listened to my concerns and I actually put my deposit down the same day. The staff at the office is absolutely amazing! When I had questions they always answered without hesitation, even my emails had a prompt response. I did get an abdominoplasty with liposuction! I’m still in love with my results! "As a person that has had six different types of surgeries over the years at different locations with different surgical teams; I can tell you that the team at Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery is absolutely top notch. From my counselor, Beth, to my Pre/Post operation RN, Lindsey, to the entire surgical team, and especially Dr. Ellen “Boots” Hancock, they were professional, talented, and totally involved with every step of my surgical process. First, I talked with my counselor and explained my request for surgery. Next, I met with my Pre-Op RN and Dr. Hancock who listened to my request for surgery. She made a thorough evaluation of my face and explained what she recommended for me. Then, very important to me, she explained in detail what results I should expect and what the team would expect of me to ensure the right outcome. Then my counselor discussed my procedures and informed me of the cost. As I proceeded towards my surgery date, the team walked me through each step and ensured that I was ready.
