For more than 3 years, I struggled with complications that left me frustrated and exhausted.When I reached out to Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery, Dr. Bates and Beth immediately took my case to heart. They rushed to get all my paperwork and surgery scheduled quickly once they heard what I was going through. The level of compassion and urgency they showed gave me hope again.Dr. Bates performed my surgery with such skill and care. He thoroughly prepared me beforehand with detailed instructions that made recovery smoother than expected. Beth and the rest of the staff made me feel so supported every step of the way.After surgery, I woke up very nauseous, but the nurses were incredible — working hard and patiently to get me comfortable and safe. I never once felt alone in the process. Many thanks to Christine Weber, a master Skin Health Specialist, who I saw for both Moxie and Microneedling procedures at the Ponte Vedra location. I never imagined that at this age, the skin on my face could look so healthy, clear, and well, glowing. My goal was to look my best without surgery or fillers and Chris has helped me achieve that, along with recommending products that actually work.
