On a recent visit she noticed a peculiar spot and recommended I get it looked at by a dermatologist. It turned out to be a basal-squamous carcinoma and I had it removed immediately. Because of my regular visits and knowing my skin she caught it very early and before my annual dermatology appt. I am so thankful to Kylene!"

I was super nervous for the procedure, but this is something I had been considering since I was in middle school. Dr. Hancock & her team made the process super easy. From the insurance, to pre-op, meds, post op, day of surgery, and even having to get more sutures after for wound closure was all a great process. I was also nervous about the fact that I was african american coming to an office where I didnt see a lot of people who looked like me there. But, the office was super welcoming & professional. I also want to give a big shout out to Melissa and Lindsay for being some comforting and helping me get through this process. I am still about 3 weeks post op but so far, i love my results!"

"I don’t even know where to start. My inquiry originally started as a present for myself for my 30th birthday to discuss a lift and a couple of other things I would eventually like to get done. I called in, the receptionist was so so sweet they made time for me on my lunch that day! I was able to come right in, and that was the first day I met Dr. Threet. When you go into plastic surgery as a bigger person or even just a girl with any concerns, you get nervous that you’ll be judged or there might be some mean girl energy..when I say Dr. Threet and her staff had my back so much she actually SAVED me money.. I was beside myself. She customized a surgery plan for me with my insurance and they were on my side and checked in with me for every part of the process. She was even transparent enough with me to let me know for one surgery I wanted I wasn’t a good candidate yet.. On Sept 30th I did my reduction, got a little nauseous at most and some very very minor infection from having almost 5 lbs of weight removed off of me, I mean it truly could not have gone better. When I had a concern I talked to Dr. Theeet. She picked up HERSELF- EVERY time and made me feel so supported. So much so I decided while I was on my extension of healing to go ahead and have my chin done. I did twilight and I struggled a little with that. One of her assistants held my hand like she was my best friend and talked me through it. They all sat in the room with me and hugged me after. I cannot rave about them enough which is why I just had to share. I’m now about 4 months post op… I’m adding my photos of my chin for reference and i included some personal before, during healing, and after… I also allowed her to post others.. if you’re reading this or questioning it or having those doubts every woman has.. go see Dr. Threet. Even if you aren’t sure or don’t know next steps like me I can promise you worst case you will meet an amazing staff that will support you and cheer you on for whatever your next steps look like. No mean girl energy and absolutely no judgement.
