Our beautiful Gate Parkway facility is conveniently located in Jacksonville on Lake Mead Avenue. At this location, patients can meet with our talented plastic surgeons during consultations and have their pre-op and post-op appointments.
This well-equipped facility is able to handle a number of procedures such as ThermiVa® non-surgical tightening procedure. In addition, we perform laser treatments, injectables such as Restylane®, microneedling, and a wide assortment of rejuvenating facials and skincare treatments at this facility.
Dr. Robert Burk III is a board-certified Northeast Florida plastic surgeon who performs a variety of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery procedures.

Dr. Erez Sternberg is a Northeast Florida double board-certified plastic surgeon who performs a variety of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery procedures.
Dr. Chris Bates has practiced plastic surgery now on all three coasts, and utilizes the different ideas and techniques that he's learned to bring the most up-to-date, state-of-the-art, and most importantly, safe plastic surgery to his patients.
